Our History

DelCor Technology Solutions, Inc. was formed as PC Innovators in 1984 by Loretta DeLuca, DelCor's CEO and one of DelCor's current owners. Initially, PC Innovators specialized in custom developed database applications. Additional services, including system design, implementation and network support, were soon offered, and in 1987, the company was incorporated as Business Information Technologies, Inc. to suggest its more encompassing approach. David Coriale, DelCor's President, joined the company in 1988, and shortly thereafter he became a full partner. During this time, DelCor redirected its business focus to the nonprofit arena.

Accumulated experience working with associations and other nonprofits during previous years led to a natural channeling of business development efforts to this unique environment. DelCor expanded its service offerings to include not only network systems and support, but technology and management consulting services such as association management systems selection, technology strategic planning, IT staffing/structure, Web strategies and CIO outsourcing. In 1993, Brian Sheehan, DelCor’s third partner and Vice President of our Network Systems & Support team, joined the company. In 1999, the company was renamed DelCor Technology Solutions, Inc. Today, DelCor's business development efforts are focused solely on the nonprofit community and all three partners remain active consultants.
