The DelCor Connection Blog

Missed the Mark
Dave Coriale, President

I was looking for photos of computers with smoke coming out of them and found this photo at the University of Minnisota's UThink Blog. There is no date on this photo of what home computers might look like in 2004 but I would guess it is from the 50s. Be sure to read the caption. Classic.

DelCor Fantasy Recap
Dave Coriale, President

The DelCor Fantasy Football season is officially over. Congratulations to Darin Keith for taking the title this year. Although everyone played well all year long, the playoffs came down to Darin taking out Jessica Flores and Brian Sheehan taking out Ed Hunter. In the final face off, Darin took the title and Brian went home a bride's maid once again (see season one when Debbie Durham took the title). I won't make excuses for the Finger Lakes Demons (my team) - Tom Brady aside, I made some poor picks in the draft. I'll chalk it up to a rebuilding year for the Demons. Also, I am a gentleman so I won't mention who's team came in last - but if you work with a DelCorian with the initials MW, you might want to ask him how he did. ; ) Personally, I am looking forward to 2009 when I will finally get my name on the DelCor FF trophy along with Debbie Durham (2004), Chris Ecker (2005), Debbie Durham (2006), Kevin Scudder (2007) and now Darin Keith (2008).
